Laurie and Garrett. Larry & Gary, as some call them. :) These two had a gorgeous wedding day! The September weather was perfect, warm and sunny. The fall colors were just barely peeking through, with hints of yellows starting to take over the summer greens. Laurie got ready in her home, with Mom and Dad, siblings and cousins. Her sister and maid of honor, Natalie, helped her get ready in the room that they used to share before Natalie got married. Flashback a few years ago when Natalie had her wedding day, I was there in that same room capturing Laurie help Natalie get ready for her wedding! It was so neat! And super special for them I’m sure! Once Laurie was ready, she headed upstairs and practiced a few steps of her Father-Daughter dance with her Dad — some really special moments. Time to go, Dad and Laurie rode together in the big blue pick up truck to the ceremony. Laurie & Garrett shared a prayer outside together beforehand. Then Garrett went in and waited anxiously for his bride. They smiled big, happy smiles, and had some good laughs as they said their ‘I do’s’. :) It was awesome and such an honor to capture their happiness and comfort together — seriously love my job!! Congrats Laurie & Garrett!! :)
