Candace & Curtis | Backyard Backwoods Wedding | Pennsylvania Wedding Photographer

When I arrived at Candace's home, where all the events were taking place that day, it made my heart happy to see the whole family, both of the bride and groom, working together to set everything up. (Love me a good DIY wedding!) Dad and sisters were stringing up lights, brother and sisters were setting up chairs and decorations. Even the bride and groom were in there too. Mom made lunch for everyone, and kindly insisted I made sure to eat myself. A beautiful site to see, when a family comes together to help out.

Candace prepared in her childhood home, surrounded by her loving sisters, friends and Mom. All helping where they could. As the clock struck 4:30pm, arm in arm with her Dad, Candace made way down the yard to her groom. Curtis smiled from ear to ear at first glimpse of his beautiful bride, and couldn't stop smiling. Continuous smiles ensued as they vowed to love one another forever. There was cheering, and clapping, and pure excitement as these two were pronounced husband and wife. To celebrate, they danced between the trees, broke bread with their guests, and filled with joy as the moments unfolded. Candace & Curtis, I couldn't be happier for the two of you – it makes my heart so happy to see you so happy together!
